Frank provides expert counsel on advertising sales, go-to-market strategy and positioning for advanced advertising products and consumer experiences, branded content and media technology. 

Frank was previously Executive Vice President of portfolio sales and client partnerships at WarnerMedia.  At WarnerMedia he was responsible for developing strategic relationships and innovative initiatives involving the entire portfolio of creative and distribution assets, new ad products, and technologies with many of the world’s largest brands and their agencies. 

Frank was recognized by Broadcasting & Cable in its Next Wave of Leaders. 

 He has served on the board of the International Radio and Television Society where he championed the organization’s well-known internship program. 

Frank is passionate about the development of young talent, and serves as a mentor with iMentor, working with NY high school students.
