Liz has more than 25 years of experience in business strategy and innovation, with a focus on media and technology.

Before joining Topwater, Liz was EVP Corporate Business Development at Initiative, SVP Director of Insights at The Martin Agency’s Ingenuity Media, SVP Director of Corporate Strategy at Campbell-Ewald, and Chief Strategic Officer for the LPGA.   

Liz has built several successful consulting practices advising C-suite executives in media and entertainment, technology, and professional services on business strategy, transformation and data strategy.  Liz began her career at General Mills in brand management. 

She has a master’s degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and was a Research Assistant at the MIT Media Lab in the Movies of the Future program.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Michigan. 

 Liz’s diverse education and versatile career reflect her passion for combining both science and arts, connecting the dots in atypical, forward-looking ways, to achieve transformative results.
